Cultivating Co-existence of Nature and People
Life on Earth is about balance, synergy, and collaboration.
That’s why at the Fishing Cat Ecological Enterprise, we design and implement programs to serve places and people for a sustainable future.
From protecting wildlife to enhancing wetlands and enabling opportunities, everything we do is a collaborative effort. We’re in this together.

We specialise in wetlands where we:
Monitor Biodiversity
FCEE researches and monitors threatened species, including Fishing Cat to learn more about them. We believe that their flagship protection benefits wildlife and people
Restore vital habitat
FCEE restores wetlands, especially mangrove. This restoration is vital for the planet and powered by communities who are growing the future of Cambodia’s mangroves!
Support communities
FCEE enables pathways to sustainability by supporting community-led patrols, ecotourism and women-led businesses.

Where we work
FCEE is active at wetland sites across Cambodia, from the southwest to the northeast.
We work across 3 zones: coastal areas, the Tonle Sap Biosphere Reserve and riverine wetlands of the Lower Mekong Basin. Our focus is wetlands, including some of the largest and densest mangrove in Southeast Asia.

Consultant Services
At wetland sites across Cambodia, we take our lead from ecosystems to act for a sustainable future.
Beyond wetlands, we strategically partner to explore, protect and restore other important ecosystems, like dry forests, rainforests and grasslands.
